Personnel

Project manager - the project manager needs to make sure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time in order for the project to run smoothly and for it to be completed in time for the deadline.

Location manager - needs to find a suitable location for the shoot and get permission from the local authorities. They also need to organise cordoning off certain areas for the shoot so that they are not disturbed by the public.

The mayor - the mayor (hopefully) knows what they're talking about and talk about it in front of a camera.

Camera operator - for a simple interview there is only likely to be one camera operator because only one camera angle is needed. They need to know how to operate their specialised equipment, including the camera and monitors, and managing the film or digital media.

Microphone operator - needs to know how to set up and operate their specialised equipment such as the boom mic and make sure it is not in frame when the camera is rolling.

Hair/makeup artist - although it is not likely that the mayor will be wearing a full face of prosthetics, it is important that the mayor makes a good impression to the public which may include makeup, either for cosmetic reasons or for making them look as good as possible on camera.
